Justin Kelly
Justin is a public relations, Corporate Communications, media and issues management specialist. He has over 30 years of professional experience working in and with the media.
Justin has held positions at the highest levels of government, the public sector and private sector. Justin’s prominent positions include Head of Corporate Communications and P.R. at Qantas Airways, Chief of Staff of Channel Nine News, Senior Producer at A Current Affair and News Director of 2GB. Justin was also the senior media officer with NSW Premier Morris Iemma, National Operations Manager at The Australian Traffic Network and senior reporter at Radio 2UE.
Amongst his many achievements, Justin won the prestigious Walkley Award for excellence in news reporting. Justin holds a Bachelor of Communications and an MBA and has an outstanding network of contacts across the Australian media. Justin currently consults with various companies from the ASX Top 200 to start-ups and is a trusted advisor to CEOs across Australia and internationally.

Ben Henri
Ben has 25 years of experience in the Australian equities market, working on both the buy and sell sides. He started his career in upstream oil and gas consulting in 1998, working in competitor intelligence analysis. He then moved into broking, working on the institutional desk of Bell Securities. Ben then began a 14-year career in funds management at one of Australia’s first absolute return funds and as a well-known resource sector investor.
As a former institutional investor, he has an exceptional understanding of the Investor Relations function. He gained experience investing in most commodities classes and has met with hundreds of individual management teams of listed companies in Australia and internationally. His experience also encompasses attending resource sector and industry conferences, company site visits, and presentations in Australia, Africa, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Rod Hinchcliffe
Rod has over 25 years of experience in investment markets, mainly in Australian equities on both the buy and sell sides. He spent 15 years in funds management with one of Australia’s first boutique absolute return funds. He joined the fund from inception as an analyst before becoming Portfolio Manager for the Group’s offshore fund. Before this, Rod spent five years as part of the institutional sales and research desk at Bell Securities.
In his various capacities over the last twenty years, Rod has gained an intimate understanding of the investor relations function within a business. He has attended hundreds of company meetings across most market sectors to formulate an investment view. While most of his experience was gained with Australian listed companies, he has many years of experience with listed companies in North America and Europe.

Melissa Hamilton
Melissa has more than 20 years of media industry experience providing her with valuable expertise in how clients can most clearly and powerfully communicate with target audiences.
She has worked in newsrooms in Australia and the UK including as a finance journalist and presenter for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and as a producer of CNN’s premier business program Quest Means Business.

Angela has over 15 years of experience covering the resources sector, mainly as a senior journalist and editor across various industry publications, including Stockhead, Proactive Investors and MiningNews.net.
Before joining Media + Capital Partners, Angela was Editor of Stockhead; she spent four years as a senior journalist with the intelligence firm S&P Global.

Kristian Towse
Kris has more than ten years of Public Relations and Analyst Relations experience in the technology sector; he’s worked on enterprise and consumer technology clients, including Google Cloud, EMC, Dell, Kraken and more. He is our resident nerd and loves to dig in and deeply understand client technology to help them better tell their stories in the media.

Jasmine is a public relations, corporate communications, media training and storytelling specialist.
With over 15 years of experience, she has held senior positions at Seven West Media, Nine Entertainment, Foxtel and the ABC, including as the Managing Editor of Sunrise and the Supervising Producer of Today & Weekend Today.

Christina Granger
Christina spent almost 20 years as a writer and sub-editor for major News Limited newspapers and websites, including The Sunday Times/ PerthNow, The Herald Sun and The Australian, specialising in covering business news, as well as writing and editing roles with industry publications Stockhead and The Market Herald.
She also has four years of experience in corporate and internal communications with the Perth Mint, Australia’s largest gold and silver refiner and a major supplier of precious metals investments.

Katrina Griffiths
Katrina has more than 18 years of experience in financial services, working with companies operating across various financial products, including equities, foreign exchange and derivatives. She has broad operational experience and a thorough understanding of markets, trading systems for dealing, and mandate compliance.
Before joining M+C, she was General Manager and Account Director at an Investor Relations and Public Relations firm, Chief Operations Officer for several fund managers responsible for compliance and operations, and at Macquarie Bank across trading, dealing and private wealth.
Katrina has also managed her family office fund, focusing primarily on currency and international derivatives trading. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney and is an Accredited Derivatives Adviser Level 2.
